Stephanie Lucero brings her insightful and fresh approach to planning and design with a focus on dignity, comfort, and quality of life for seniors. Stephanie has professional experience in design, construction documentation, project management and construction administration, ranging from senior housing, healthcare, military, education, and residential design. She received her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  As a licensed Architect and Director of Senior Living at HPI Architecture, Stephanie has led the team for ground up communities as well as renovations and modernizations that include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in California and Arizona. She has worked closely with many different senior living developers and operators to create vibrant environments where older adults thrive in living spaces.
